Peace Lily

Native to tropical regions of Southeastern Asia and the Americas, the Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum), is a flowering evergreen perennial of the Araceae family. Named for their white flowers that resemble flags of peace, the Peace Lily is an easy to care for houseplant. The only specialized need is that Peace Lilies love humidity so these make excellent additions to kitchens and bathrooms; anywhere where there's a little extra humidity. If that isn't an option try a humidity tray or add a humidifier to the room for more moisture. Water every 7 days or the Peace Lily won't look so peaceful; she'll perform like a pure Drama Queen and droop her leaves!
